Being based in town is worth two concrete things rather than a slogan. There is no travel fee anywhere in Scottsdale, at any address in the city, however far north it sits. And the drive is short enough that a request usually gets a slot within a day or two rather than the following week.

For homes up to 2,000 sq ft, Listing Essentials starts at $199, Agent Favorite at $379 and Social Showcase at $549. Prices increase with property size; homes over 7,500 sq ft receive a custom quote. Add-ons and any travel fee are shown in your estimate.
Do you charge a travel fee for Scottsdale?
There is no travel fee anywhere in Scottsdale, at any address in the city. Travel is measured from the property address to our Scottsdale base, so two addresses in the same city can land in different bands, and whatever it comes to is in the estimate before you book — never added afterwards.
