How long does a real estate photo shoot take?
Appointment length depends on the property’s size and the services booked. Every listing package includes time to capture the 2D floor plan. Drone coverage, a 3D tour or video may require additional time on site.
Do I need to have the house staged?
The home does not need professional staging, but it should be ready to photograph. Clear counters, remove bins and personal items, and move cars out of the driveway where possible. We move small things and straighten what we can, and we will tell you honestly if a room is not going to photograph well as it stands. Virtual staging is available for empty rooms, from $50, scoped with you before the shoot.
How do you handle bright windows?
We balance bright windows with the room’s interior so the finished photo looks natural. The goal is to show the space clearly while retaining useful detail in the view.
