What is the difference between the reel and the walkthrough?
A vertical reel is 45–60 seconds and formatted for Instagram and TikTok. A horizontal walkthrough is 90–120 seconds and suited to a listing website or YouTube. Choose the format based on where you plan to publish; you can book both if you need both.
Can I be on camera?
Yes — an intro and outro is $99 added to any video. Bring what you would wear to the open house and know your first two sentences; we will handle the rest on site.
How fast is video delivered?
Video, virtual staging and other edited media typically take 24–48 hours. Photography from the same appointment still lands by noon the next business day, so the listing is not waiting on the edit.
