Six to ten aerial photos showing the home, outdoor spaces, roofline and surrounding area. Aerial coverage is useful when the property’s setting is an important part of the listing.
$99 as a listing-package add-on
Drone coverage follows FAA requirements. We check the property location and obtain any required airspace authorization before flying. Availability also depends on weather, temporary restrictions and conditions at the site.
If restrictions affect your requested aerial coverage, we’ll discuss the options before confirming it. Some flights may require additional approval or a different schedule.

Are you licensed to fly a drone commercially?
Yes. Our drone work is conducted under FAA Part 107 by a certificated remote pilot. We obtain any required airspace authorization before flying.
Can you fly my listing near Sky Harbor or Scottsdale Airport?
It depends on the property’s location, the planned flight and any required authorization. Send the address so we can check availability before confirming aerial coverage.
Do I need aerials on every listing?
Not necessarily. Aerials can help show grounds, views, access and nearby surroundings. Choose them when that context helps explain the listing.
